Dr. Kahlid Mankal began his undergraduate studies at the University of Western Ontario and the University of Waterloo in Kinesiology. In 1992, he received his Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Chiropractic degrees from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. For many years, Dr. Mankal has been empowering people to live healthier lives. By providing corrective and Wellness Chiropractic Care in a supportive, caring environment, he has helped hundreds of families experience optimum health and healing His passion for teaching has made him a sought after speaker throughout the Ottawa region. He is passionate about teaching his patients and community about life-changing principles of health and healing, so that they may live the longest and healthiest lives possible. Dr. Mankal is the Owner of the Barrhaven Wellness Centre.

Dr. Surbjit Herr is a native of the Ottawa area, and has been on an active member of the community both through community service and as a provincial athlete. In 1987, Dr. Herr began his pursuit in healthcare excellence at Saint Francis Xavier University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics, Certified Personal Training Network Certificate and Certified Fitness Consultant Certificate. After working as a personal trainer and health consultant for the city of Ottawa he continued his studies in health care and attended the New York Chiropractic College where he received his doctorate of chiropractic and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Over the years, Dr. Herr has been empowering people to live healthier lives. Using the latest in chiropractic corrective and wellness care, in a supportive, caring environment, he has helped many families experience optimum health and healing. Dr. Herr’s goal is to educate and help as many families as possible to reach optimal health through chiropractic care, so that in turn they can educate others of the benefits of life changing benefits of a healthy spine for life!
